I first stepped into the darkroom when I was 14 years old and I have been taking pictures ever since. I have more than 20 years of experience working as a photojournalist at various newspapers in Iceland, photoeditor at Fréttablaðið for 5 years, where I shot news stories, portraits, sports as well as all kinds of happenings and events. I love taking pictures of people and I like to keep my pictures simple and use natural light whenever I can.
